Super 70's Rock Show New Haven Concert reviews
Miranda Lambert was too loud and over zealous
I know concerts are meant to be loud, but this one was overdone. At least 12-15 concerts we've been to over the last 2 years were all better than this one, with the exception of Justin Moore, who was great!!! Super 70's Rock Show overdoes her songs and tries too hard. I love several songs by Super 70's Rock Show, but they were much better on CD. There is no comparison to be made with Carrie Underwood, Toby Keith, Alan Jackson, Martina McBride, etc. She is just not as talented and appears awkward on stage. She has 2 of the best songs ever - White Liar and The House that built me, and I wasn't impressed with either performance. I will continue to listen to her on the Revolution CD because the songs sound much better. There needs to be better security because we are tired of people in front of us getting so drunk they push the people next to them over and even sit down in their seats. We had that happen at the Alan Jackson concert last year when 3 couples in front of us were so drunk they couldn't even hold themselves up, although they never sat down. They had come from a jaguars game and were not able to even stand without swaying. The girl in front of us was asked to sit down so we could take pictures and at least see Alan Jackson perform, and she raised her arms up and gave the finger to all of us behind her several times. Now, I wish I had called for security, but we were afraid they would start a fight. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE DRUNKS AT THESE CONCERTS!!!! We pay good money to see and enjoy these concerts, and there is no reason why we should have to tolerate such obscene behavior.
